If you think you’ve been a victim of fraud or a scam, contact us right away! Make sure you have all the information about what happened and the transactions you believe are fraudulent.
If you’ve become a victim, the best way to contact us is to email us at fraudhelp@monese.com. We have a specialised team ready to help and explain what steps we can take to get your money back. We treat all fraud cases with the utmost seriousness.
While we understand this can be very distressing, if you’d prefer to speak to someone over the phone, please specify this when you email us, and make sure you provide your name, phone number and any other information we can use to identify you and your account.
