Why can’t I send money in Brazilian reals?

To enhance our overall customer experience, we’ve recently decided to change our payments partner to Brazilian reais. While this change happens, we’ll be temporarily stopping all payments to Brazilian reals.
Because you may have previously sent money in Brazilian reals - keep in mind - any payments or recurring payments (standing orders) you have set up in Brazilian reals won’t go through, so be sure to make alternative arrangements.
We’ll let you know as soon as this service is back up and running, after which you’ll be able to re-set up your payments.
