Will I be able to open a new account?

Yes! As long as you have the right documents for the account you’d like to open, you’ll be able to open a new account with us.
This means that if you live in France, we’ll still need the same documents we previously requested from you.
Unfortunately if you don’t have these documents and want to open an account in another currency, you won’t be able to do this if you live in France – we need to make sure that all our customers have the right account based on where they live and the documents they can send.
