How do I top-up my account with cash?

Depending on which currency account you have, there are different ways of topping up your account with cash. To check which options are available with your account, all you need to do is:

• Open the Monese app on your phone

• From the Home menu, choose Add Money

• Once you’re in the Add Money section, you’ll see all of our options to top up your account

Depending on the currency of your account and where you live, we offer cash top-ups through the UK Post Office, PayPoint or Paysafecash.
