Here you can check which documents you need to send us, depending on where you live.

If you’re not a national of the UK or any European Economic Area (EEA) country, you’ll need to send us the following documents:

  • National Passport
  • French Residence Permit
  • Proof of address (for example a utility bill no older that 3 months or a French issued tax document no older than 6 months)

If you’re a UK national, you can send us:

  • Identity Document, such as your passport or a driving licence
  • French residential status - your Withdrawal Agreement Residence Permit (WARP)
  • Proof of address (for example a utility bill no older that 3 months or a French issued tax document no older than 6 months)

If you’re a national of any European Economic Area (EEA) country, you can send us:

  • 2 Identity Documents such as your passport, national identity card or photocard driving licence (all issued by EEA countries)
  • Proof of address (for example a utility bill no older that 3 months or a French issued tax document no older than 6 months)

You’ll need to send us these documents, even if you already have a French IBAN.
