How to re-order GBP cards?

Because of some changes with our card issuing partner, you’ll soon need to order a brand new GBP Monese card. To make this transition seamless, you'd have received an informative email - advising you on the instructions for card replacement in future.

Please be aware that you don't need to order a new card right now. 

Closer to the date of this change, we'll send you a similar reminder email with instructions on how to order a new card free of charge. Meanwhile, nothing will change and you can continue using Monese GBP card as before.
