If someone sends you money after your account has been suspended, it will either not be processed or be returned back to the sender automatically.
The time this takes will vary based on the type of payment sent. For example, domestic EUR payments may take a few days and International payments slightly longer.
Any local GBP payments should be returned almost instantly depending on the sending bank.
If the sender says that their money hasn’t been returned, you can ask them to request a trace or bank recall, which might speed up the return. If they haven’t received their transfer back after 7 days, make sure to contact our support team.
