If you’re on one of our Classic or Premium plans, our Purchase Protection offers you built-in protection over stolen or accidentally damaged products that you pay for in full through your Monese account. Currently, this feature is only available if you live in the UK, only for your personal account and only covers you (as the Monese account holder).
Purchase Protection covers a wide range of goods including smartphones, laptops and electronics that you’ve bought using your Monese account.
When you sign up to Monese, all you need to do is make sure to choose one of our pricing plans that includes built-in Purchase Protection (either Classic or Premium), and it’ll be automatically activated as part of your account.
