Yes! We’ve been working hard to make sure that your EUR account will still work after 31 December 2020.
After that:

You’ll still be able to spend, send and receive money

You’ll still be able to send money abroad and

There won’t be any increase to your fees because of Brexit
If you live in the EEA:

If your EUR account has a BE or FR account number, it will continue to work the same as before. It’ll still be regulated by the National Bank of Belgium (NBB) and issued by our EU licensing partner, PPS EU SA.

If your EUR account has a GB account number, we’ll update you to a BE account number so that you can carry on using your account.

If you live in France, you may be able to upgrade to an FR account number once it becomes available to you.
If you live in the UK:
You’ll keep your GB account number and there won’t be any changes to how your card or account works. Your account will still be regulated by the FCA and issued in the UK.
To find your account details in your Monese app, just select the account you want to look at and then tap on ‘Account details’ from your home screen.
