If you enter the wrong app password more than 3 times, we’ll temporarily lock your access to the app.
To unlock it, you'll need to follow these steps:
Tap Forgot on the main screen of the app where you’re asked for your passcode
Select Verify identity
Grab the ID document you signed up with and enter the ID number
Following these steps should give you access back into the app, but if you're still locked out, get in touch with our Customer Support team.
