The most common reasons that you card top-up didn’t go through are:

The card details were wrong (for example the expiry date, CVV or name on the card)

There wasn’t enough money in the account you were trying to top up from

You’ve gone over your daily or monthly top-up limit (you can find the limits here)

Your card issuer isn’t part of the 3D Secure Program
