How do I send a money transfer?

It’s simple! All you need to do to get started is head to the Home screen in your Monese app and choose the Pay option on the bottom menu.

To pay someone who you've sent money to before or someone who's already in your Monese contacts:

1. Select the person from the list of names

2. Enter the amount you want to send

3. If you have more than one currency account with us, choose the currency you want to send in

4. Add your reference for the payment (optional)

5. Follow the steps in the app to approve the payment

To pay someone not in your Monese contacts:

1. Select New payment which you can see in the lower right-hand corner

2. Enter the name of the person you’re sending to and the currency (depending on the country you’re sending to)

3. Add the account details of the person you’re sending to

4. Follow the steps in the app to approve the payment
