Starting from 60 days before expiry, we’ll send you reminders (usually through push message or email) that your card is about to expire and you need to replace it.
It’s free to request a replacement for an expiring card, and you can do it in your Monese app:
- Select the Card menu option in your app's main screen
Make sure that your address is up to date before ordering a replacement
- Request the replacement for your expiring card
Your original card will remain active until you activate your new card or until it expires – so once you receive your new card, make sure to activate it right away!"
