When situations like this happen, most ATM companies won’t return your card for security reasons.
If this happens to you, we recommend that you immediately block your card and request a replacement.
You can block and cancel your card in the app by following these steps:
Select the Card menu option in your app main screen
Tap More and Report card lost or stolen
Tell us what happened to the card and request your replacement
If your card got stuck in an ATM and you don’t have your mobile app to hand, don’t worry! You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our dedicated line for lost, damaged or stolen cards at +44(0) 1706 304 001.
