If you’re a French resident, we recommend you upgrade to a French account number (IBAN) for the most localised experience. It means you’ll have local account details and a Relevé d'Identité Bancaire (RIB) which will be accepted across France and Europe. You’ll also be able to set up SEPA direct debits which you can’t do at the moment with your account.
You don’t need to upgrade by any set deadline for now, but we’ll let you know if that changes. Whenever you have time and have your second ID document with you, we recommend setting aside a few minutes to upgrade.
