If you don’t receive your card or notice a mistake in your address, you can re-order your card. If you're at home, you can also press on the ‘Can’t wait for my card to arrive’ option to run our geolocation checks, and you won’t need to wait for your card to arrive.
If you verify your address using geolocation, you’ll be able to access your account details immediately. If not, you’ll need to wait until you’ve activated your card to check your account.
In some countries, you'll need to top up your account with enough to cover the card delivery fee before we can send you a card.
If you top up with a debit card, there might be a minimum amount you need to top up by. If so, we'll add the rest to your account (minus the card delivery fee), which means you’ll be ready to start spending as soon as your card arrives.
