There are two ways to verify your address:
- By allowing us to access your geolocation while using the app or
- By ordering a physical card and activating it. If you’re not at your registered address when we run our geolocation checks, you can re-run them as soon as you’re at home. Just choose the ‘Can’t wait for my card to arrive’ option after requesting a physical card.
Once you’ve verified your address, you’ll have full access to your account.
