If you believe your card has been used without your permission please immediately lock the card from the 'Card' section of the app to avoid any fraudulent use, otherwise, you will be liable for any further fraudulent transactions. You can order a replacement card from the app by tapping 'More' > 'Lost/Stolen'.
1. Keep in mind sometimes the merchant name shown on your statement may appear slightly different to the actual merchant you purchased from. Please ensure you thoroughly check this before contacting our Customer Support team.
2. If you have signed up for any card subscription, free trial period or recurring card payment plan, please contact the merchant to find out more about these charges and cancel the subscription if need be to avoid any further charges.
3. If any of your friends or family members happen to have access to your card details, please speak with them to make sure they have not made this payment.
