To avoid any unauthorised charges on your card, please immediately log in to the app and report your card 'Lost/Stolen'. A new replacement card will be ordered automatically to your address and the estimated arrival date will be provided as soon as you confirm the card order.
If you do not have access to the Monese app please contact our Support team to order a replacement card. If you notice any suspicious card transactions on your account please contact our Support team in order for them to investigate and help you further.
