Monese Personal account:
You can verify your account in one of two ways.
Option 1: Video call us using the Monese app! We can accept video calls Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. When you call make sure to have the ID document ready that you used to sign up for your account..
Option 2: Submit a proof of address. A proof of address shows your address as it is in the application, has been issued within the last 3 months, and is in a pdf or valid image format. Please make sure that all documents submitted show the full document and the text is readable. The following documents may be accepted:
Utility bills - mobile phone bills are not acceptable
National ID - we need a picture of the front and back
Driving licence - we need a picture of the front and back
Residence permit - we need a picture of the front and back
Other official government letters (HMRC, Home Office)
Monese Business account:
For Business accounts you can verify your account with:
Companies House registration number not less than 3 months old.
Utility bills from a business address - mobile phone bills are not acceptable
