If You have locked yourself out of the application by entering wrong password multiple times or have simply forgotten it, you can unlock your account through the Monese app, however you will need the identity document that you signed up with. Once locked out, just follow the instructions in the app.
If you are still locked out of your account, please call us on the support line so we can give you a temporary passcode for the app. The temporary passcode is valid for only 15 minutes. As this is sensitive information we can provide this only over the phone.
