Customers who did not upgrade to our new accounts and MasterCard program before 24th of July 2017 but still hold a remaining balance on their accounts will be able to redirect these funds to another UK GBP current account. All that is needed is an email request from your registered email address to our support team with the following information:
- Your Monese account number and sort code.
- The destination account details - name of the bank, account number and sort code.
Our support team will then process this request and forward it to our previous banking partner who will make the final payment from your closing account. This can take up to 10 days and the funds will be arriving from "Contis Card Solutions" name, not your name.
