The upgrade path was tested thoroughly but some unexpected situations can still come up. Best to start by making sure you have updated to the very latest version of the Monese from your app store.
Short list of problems some customers have encountered so far:
- failing address update - this mostly happens when there are unexpected characters in the address fields, sometimes also post code format is important,
- failing mobile number verification - make sure you choose the right country code from the list and do not enter any additional area codes into your phone number; phone number must be unique and text capable, this means two customers cannot use the same registered phone number,
- problems with new card activation or PIN retrieval - when customers have two new cards (VISA and MasterCard) coming in at once the app can connect to wrong activation path, in this case Customer Support can manually activate your card for you,
- can't see the upgrade path at all - make sure your Monese app is up to date and if that does not help then contact support; we can only upgrade fully verified customers if you have not yet done so then you must verify your account before you can upgrade.
