In case you are temporarily out of the country during the upgrade process we can re-direct your card to a temporary address in most cases. Please contact Customer Support and let us know what is your temporary address and how long will you be reachable at that address. We will try to accommodate all redirection wishes but safety of bank card delivery takes priority.
