What happens when my account is transferred to the Monese EU license?

Your account will still be issued by our EU licensing partner in Belgium, PPS EU SA. The only change is that we now use our Belgian legal entity ‘Monese EU SA’  to act as the agent of PPS EU SA  in the EEA (European Economic Area) region.

 

You don’t need to do anything and this change won’t affect any of the services or the features you have. Your account details will remain the same and you can continue using your Monese app as usual.
