What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If you lose your card, it’s stolen or gets stuck in an ATM, we advise you to immediately block your card in the app and request a replacement.

You can block and cancel your card by following these steps:

  • Choose the Card menu option in the main screen of your Monese app
  • Then tap More and Report card lost or stolen
  • Give us a brief outline of what happened and request your replacement

If you don’t have access to your mobile app, don’t worry! You can also block your card by calling our interactive voice response (IVR) service on +44 1706 304001. All you need to do is to follow the self-service instructions here
