How Do I Repay My Advance? Can I Repay Early?

Automatic Repayment

Cash Advance repayments are automatically deducted from deposits into your Monese account. The timing depends on the type of transfer:

  • BACS transfers – Repayments are deducted within 30 days of the advance.

  • Bank transfers – Repayments are deducted between 3 and 30 days of the advance.

Repayment Breakdown

  • £50 Advance: If you have at least £25 in your account, any transfer of £50 or more will repay the advance.

  • £100 Advance: If you have at least £25 in your account, any transfer of £100 or more will repay the advance.

  • If your payment due date passes, any transfer exceeding your loan amount will be used to repay the advance.

How to Repay Early

You can make an early repayment manually through the Monese app:

  1. Open the Monese mobile app

  2. Tap the "Explore" tab at the bottom

  3. Select "Cash Advance"

  4. Tap "Repay Early"
