Will I receive the full value of my claim?

The reimbursable amount might be less than the claim value as:
The maximum claim value, set by the PSR, is £85,000 (and the PSR have the ability to change this).
An excess of £100 per claim will be deducted (the maximum excess value is set by the PSR and could change). The excess won’t apply if you identified as a vulnerable customer at the time of the payment(s) and this vulnerability limited your ability to protect yourself from the scam.
If your claim value is less than £100, and vulnerability wasn't a factor, there won’t be a reimbursement payable, due to the deduction of the excess.
