How can I request a refund of my pricing plan?

After you choose our annual subscription plan, you have 2 weeks to let us know that you’d like to cancel and receive a refund of your subscription.
You can do this by reaching out to our Support team in your Monese app.
Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds on fees for any of our other pricing plans, as noted in our Terms and Conditions.
