Why haven’t I received my reward?

There are a few reasons you might not have received your reward yet:
- Your friend may not be a UK resident and so cannot partake in the Invite and Earn program
- You or your friend aren’t eligible for the Invite and Earn program
- You or your friend haven’t met all of the conditions to receive the reward
- You or your friend haven’t activated a physical card
- The relevant card transaction might not have cleared yet
- The transaction type or merchant you paid might be excluded from the Invite and Earn program.
- These include transactions with other financial institutions, Government services, or cash withdrawals
- You’ve already referred 15 friends
