How do I cancel a recurring payment?

We've made it really easy to cancel a recurring payment from within your Monese app. All you need to do is:

• Click on the Pay tab from the home screen
• Select the recurring payment you wish to cancel from the “Upcoming Payments” widget and confirm you wish to cancel it.
• The payment should no longer be shown in the ‘Upcoming Payments” widget.

If you stop using your account for more than 2 months or have 3 consecutive failed recurring payments (usually if you don’t have enough money if your account), we'll automatically cancel any recurring payments set up on your account.

If this happens, you'll need to manually set the recurring payment up again.
