I've changed my mind. Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your multi-currency IBAN subscription at any time.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open your Monese app and go to the Explore tab
2. Select 'Details' and scroll to the bottom of the screen
3. Once there, we'll show you when your subscription is due to expire. If you want to cancel it before this day, select 'Cancel subscription'
Because it's an annual subscription, you'll still be able to use your IBAN to receive money internationally until it expires. Because of this, we won't be able to refund the annual subscription fee when you cancel.
If you choose to cancel the subscription before the expiry date, this means we won't automatically renew it for another year once it runs out. We'll send you an email 7 days before your subscription expires to remind you of this - so you can reactivate it on the app if you changed your mind.
If you subscribed for a multi-currency IBAN by accident, or subscribed and realized you don't actually need it, we may be able to cancel your subscription and give you a full refund.
