How do I cancel my card?

Depending on the reasons you’d like to cancel your card, there are several ways of doing so.

If you've lost, damaged or had your card stolen, we advise you to immediately block your card and request a replacement one.

You can block and cancel your card in the app by following these steps:

  • Select the Card menu option in your app’s main screen

  • Tap More and Report card lost or stolen

  • Tell us what happened to the card and request a replacement

If you want to temporarily lock your card, you can do this in your app without needing to permanently cancel it. To do this:

  • Select the Card menu option in your app’s main screen

  • Tap Lock Card

  • To unlock it again, you just need to repeat the above steps and select Unlock Card

  • If your card is linked to Apple Pay or Google Wallet, it'll be locked and unlocked there too

  • After unlocking your card, please wait 5 minutes before making any online transactions - otherwise, they might fail
