How do I access my account from a new phone?

It’s easy to link the new phone to your Monese account – just follow these steps:

  1. Open your Monese app and tap ‘Log in’ or ‘I have an account’
  2. Enter your email address, as registered with your Monese account
  3. Check your email inbox for the email we’ll send you and click ‘Approve phone’
  4. Go back to your Monese app and log in with your usual passcode

If you're a Gmail user and received multiple emails from us, you need to check the latest email and then click 'Approve phone'. To see the latest email, you may need to expand our emails by clicking on three dots - located under the email content Screenshot_2021-11-22_at_14.19.07.png

 

As a last step, you'll need to record a video selfie. Make sure that your video is bright and clear so that we can verify your identity. Please don't use a hat, face mask, sunglasses or any accessories that may cover your face.
