How do I change my account information?

Need to change your account information? It’s easy to do it right in your Monese app:

  • Tap on Menu
  • Then on Settings and Personal details
  • From there, you can change your mobile number, address or email


To update your app login passcode:

  • Tap on Menu
  • Then on Settings and Privacy and security
  • When you select Change passcode, we’ll ask for your current passcode

After that, you can create a new 5-digit passcode
