Why is my card payment still pending?

If you see a pending card transaction in your account, don’t worry! These are completely normal.
Pending card transactions are payments that you’ve authorized but are still waiting to be approved by the merchant/ATM provider where you made the payment.

They have 7 days to either claim or cancel your payment.

Sometimes, a declined card payment or withdrawal may also appear in your account as a pending payment. When that happens, the money will be automatically returned to your account within 7 days.
