My multi-currency IBAN has expired. What happens to it once I renew the subscription?

If your subscription has expired, it's easy to renew it. 

1. Open your Monese app on the Explore tab

2. Select Add Money and choose the country you want to receive the payment from

3. Our system will notify you that your multi-currency IBAN has expired, but you'll be able to renew it straight from there. 

Just follow the steps on the screen! We'll show you the annual subscription fee upfront - so you know exactly how much you're paying. Once you've confirmed and subscribed for another year, we'll reactivate the same IBAN you previously had. This way, anyone who sent you an international payment before can keep using the same account details.
